We all have a Past
We all have a past. We all have a story to tell. However, many of us are imprisoned in our own guilt and shame. We've learned how to put on the best masks and put on the best facades, in attempts that no one will see the real us.

Truth is, many women need to see that. They need to see the broken pieces of our lives so they will have the courage to be set free. We are God's masterpieces. Created by His nail scarred hands, He created us anew to do the good works He planned for us long ago (Ephesians 2:10).
We, the sisters of Authentically Me, invite women of all walks of life, backgrounds, and ethnicity, to celebrate her authentic self.
We want to help women learn who they were uniquely created to be. We want to tell her that she is more than her broken past. That actually, through those broken pieces, she can influence and impact other women. We want to point out to that woman that those "quirks" she has that she thinks everybody else will deem weird or not that serious, are actually her "#SweetSpots" the areas that bring her the most joy.

We want to show women how to activate their potential and empower them to move away from negative thinking and speaking and into the realm of possibility. We're going to help that sister be comfortable with not fitting into someone else's mold of who she should be and embrace her authenticity. Together, we we will learn how to take care of our whole selves, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We will have some real conversations for some real issues. So, join us for the journey girlfriend!
